We provide some cooking oil, salt, pepper, bin bags, loo roll, dishwasher tablets but not perishables e.g. milk, tea, coffee etc.
Downstairs shower room with toilet, basin, washing machine and storage
Spacious, light-filled conservatory / diner with leather sofas, oak trestle table. Garden, valley and mountain views
Upstairs bathroom with cast-iron roll-top bath and valley views
Bedroom No.1 with double bed & valley views
Bedroom No.2 with two singles & valley views leading through to Bedroom No. 3
Bedroom No.3 with king size bed & valley views
Cot, stairgates and high-chair available (please ask, also please bring your own cot linen)
Hairdryer, iron and board
Bed linen and towels included, not including cot linen (also please bring your own beach towels)
Oil-fired central-heating and electricity included
Parking for 2-3 cars – charging of EV vehicles is not allowed at the property due to fire regulations / insurance. Nearest station is at Dolgellau LL40 1DL
Secure bike storage – charging of e-bikes / e-scooters is not allowed at the property due to fire regulations / insurance. Nearest charging station is at Dolgellau LL40 1BU.

Decorations and real tree from our own Christmas tree farm for Christmas and New Year bookings
Free first supply of firewood and kindling, additional firewood available from the local garage (White Hut) since we only have a limited supply of seasoned wood
Short breaks welcome during the low season (November-March) or upon enquiry if dates are still unbooked nearer the time
Key handed over during meet and greet, or as advised
Saturday changeover, arrival time 4pm onwards. Other changeover days possible during low season upon enquiry.
